Account & billing

Plans

See the pricing page for current plans and prices. The Pro plan unlocks the PII shield, the Word add-in, and your own MCP connectors; Legal Pro and Legal Team add your own API keys.

Account settings

  • General — name, organisation, country (VAT), VAT number, email.
  • Billing & tokens — today’s usage, bonus tokens, plan changes, and top-ups.
  • Models & API Keys — the tabular-review model and the available providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral). Providers are centrally managed and metered against your plan; on Legal Pro and Legal Team you can add your own API keys.
  • Context (MCP servers) — built-in legislation plus your own MCP connectors.
  • File sources — Google Drive / OneDrive / Box connectors.
  • Privacy & PII — the anonymisation mode (Off / Standard / Strict) and a demo of the review screen.
  • Word add-in — pairing code and manifest.xml download.
  • Plan, Team, Actions — comparison and upgrade, team members and roles, sign-out, account deletion.

Interface, language and theme

The account menu sits at the bottom of the left sidebar, next to your initials and plan. It holds four things:

  • Account settings — everything listed above.
  • Language — English and Croatian, switched per interface. The active language is highlighted. Switching the interface does not change the language Eulex Desk answers in; that follows the language of your question.
  • Theme — light or dark. The entry shows the theme currently in use.

Signing out is not in this menu. It lives under Account settings → Plan, Team, Actions, alongside team members and account deletion.

Billing and limits

  • Stripe checkout for subscriptions, in the language of your interface; VAT by the user’s country; B2B invoices with a VAT number.
  • Changing plan — upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancelling — cancel renewal yourself under Usage Plan. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; it simply does not renew.
  • Top-ups (token packs) cover daily-limit overruns. They do not expire and apply automatically. Available on the Plus plan and above.
  • The usage ring in the composer shows how much of today’s quota you have used. A soft warning arrives at around 80% of quota; a hard block applies at 100%; the limit resets daily.
